Terms of Service

A HeartPsalm order is one custom song, roughly three minutes long, written and produced from the answers you give in our survey and delivered as a private listening link by email. The standard price is $29 USD (regular price $99). Faster delivery is optional: delivery within 24 hours adds $49 USD.

Standard orders are delivered within 3 days of completed payment, and rush orders within 24 hours. Delivery times run from when payment clears, not from when the survey is submitted. If we are ever going to miss a promised date, we will email you before it passes and you may take a full refund.

We use AI assisted music production tools to write and record your song from the details you provide. A member of our team listens to every song in full before it is sent to you. We tell you this plainly because we would rather you know exactly what you are buying: a real, original, studio quality recording made specifically for you, using modern production technology.

If a name is mispronounced, a detail is wrong, or the song simply misses the mark, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will rewrite and re-record it once at no charge, or refund you in full if you would prefer. To request either, reply to your order email.

Because each song is made to order and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds after 30 days.

You get a personal, non commercial licence to your song, worldwide and for as long as you like. You may download it, keep it, play it at private and family occasions, weddings, church services and memorials, and share it with friends and family, including posting it to your own social media.

You may not resell the song, license it to others, use it in paid advertising, or distribute it commercially on streaming platforms. We keep ownership of the underlying recording and may use anonymised excerpts as examples of our work, never including your personal story or names, unless you give us permission in writing.

We decline requests that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or intended to intimidate or harm someone, and requests that use another person's identity or voice without their consent. If we decline your order for any of these reasons, you receive a full refund.

You confirm that the details you submit are yours to share and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

We provide our songs as they are, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms, and the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. Questions about anything above: reply to your order email and a real person will answer.
