Only what we need to make and deliver your song: the answers you give in the survey (who the song is for, their name, your memories and message), your email address, your order code and status, and basic technical information such as your browser type and approximate location, which our hosting and analytics providers record automatically.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.

Your survey answers are used to write and produce your song, and for nothing else. Your email is used to send your song, your order updates, and replies to your questions. We will only send you marketing email if you ask us to, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not publish your song, your name, or the story behind it. If we would ever like to feature your song or your words as an example of our work, we will ask you first and take no as an answer.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run this business: our website host, our payment provider, our email delivery provider, and the AI music production tools that generate your song from your answers. Each processes your information only to provide their service to us.

We keep your order and song file so you can come back for a copy, and so we can honour our guarantee. Ask us to delete them and we will remove your order details and your song from our systems, except where we are legally required to keep a record of the transaction.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, reply to any email from us.

HeartPsalm is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Songs are frequently written about children, which is fine, but the person placing the order must be an adult.
